During the time he was with Better Homes, a well-known Real Estate company in the Contra Costa County, he received many valuable awards including the Chairman Club award, which is for people who reach two million in total sales. In 2003, his annual total sales reached over $12 million after just 3 years in the Real Estate Industry. Total sales doubled in 2004, totaling some $21 million. He is now the founder of MAI REALTY & LOAN inc. that was established in 2015. He also teaches a Commercial Class every month at his offices in Brentwood and San Francisco.
Not only does he have years of experience in Real Estate and Loans, he is extremely responsible in his dealings. His main goal is not to have the highest annual total. Instead, his goal is to get the right house for the right person, as well as to get Residential or Commercial Loans for people who are buying their dream homes or commercial property to expand their business.
